Lead Time
For all custom carpets, since all rugs are made entirely by hand, please allow 20-60 days for production prior to shipping. The lead time will be communicated to you as the multiple drying processes rely on weather. Once the carpet is shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking information.
Returns
All orders are final and returns will not be accepted. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as the artisans will begin the process of making your custom carpet.
Things to Know
Since each order is made on demand and by hand of natural materials, there may be some inevitable variants in the color or design of your carpet. These make for a one of a kind piece and add to the uniqueness of your order. All carpets are washed and cleaned prior to shipment, but there may be some extra fraying of wool during the travel of your order, especially for newly made carpets. These can be easily removed with a brush. For deeper cleaning, please contact a professional carpet cleaner or dry cleaner.
