Refund policy

All orders are final and returns will not be accepted. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as the artisans will begin the process of making your item.

Each package is carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. Perishable items will be labeled "fragile," but in the unpredictable case that an item is damaged through its travels to your doorstep, please send us an email to hello@izeninterior.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) within 24 hours of delivery.
